- The representative (e.g., pastor, leader, chaplain) of a church, church plant, organization, or church or ministry network makes an inquiry regarding a particular program through our World Impact website (home page).
- Once we receive your inquiry, we will route your info to the appropriate head of the program who will forward you the application of the course you indicated interest
- Once your application has been received and accepted, you, the representative of your church or ministry, will be cleared to purchase your course, i.e., the number of seats of the facilitators you will need to host your course, and the number of seats of the learners who will take your course.
- Facilitator seats for a course apply for an entire year
- Learner seats apply for each instance of a course that you host
- Use Eventbrite (or platform of your choice) to have your students register for your course offerings.
- Once you as representative have purchased the seats, you can then assign those seats to your facilitators and students.
- Refunds are not available for our LMS. You will be able to, however, apply any unused seats to additional courses you host in the future
